Doesn't matter.

All IBM products that use Java ship with their own IBM Java runtime. The OS'es Java installation is never used.

Domino 8.5.3FP1, for example, uses:

C:\Program Files\IBM\Lotus\Domino\jvm\bin>java -version
java version "1.6.0"
